They act like they care about their customers, but actually don't expect anything from them that will make you feel comfortable.

One of the rare places in Zagreb that I can recommend to take a cup of coffee or some other beverage. This place is special because of view on main city square Josipa bana Jelačića and on cathedral. To find an entrance is a bit tricky

This cafe has the potential to be the best in the country. Unfortunately they let their location and good name go to their heads so they stopped caring and they stopped trying to improve the service and the ambiance. Complacency will end them eventually if something doesn't change. With all this said the view from the balcony is still like no other. The experience of sipping a cup of coffee and looking down on the main Zagreb square is unique.

Good view, relatively peaceful

The only good thing is great view from the terrace. Chairs and tables are in a bad shape, and it seems that only 1 waiter is working for the whole place. Bad thing to do business.
