Terrible! The salon is filthy, literally. Table for the massages smells of stale oil, the part where you put your face is disgusting - they don't use paper sheets, give your a dirty towel to lean your forehead on (I had to ask for a clean one, because the one on the table had make up traces on it), and the rest is full of make up residue. I have literally never seen something so unhygienic. I am pretty sure they don't change the towels on the table. There is no heating in the salon, the masseuse is mostly using only one hand (!) and the oil the use smells bad. If you make a complaint about their services - they will point blank call you a liar. Avoid at all cost.

I bought an offer of five massages, went for one and have no desire to ever return to this salon again. The person I booked an appointment with was very rude but I thought “maybe she’s having a bad day or something”. When I came to my appointment, I felt like I was here as a punishment because the employee who worked didn't say anything, she didn't even tell me how to lie down, but I had to ask everything myself. The towels didn’t look clean at all, and the employee didn’t have a mask, which is horrifying to me in this corona situation. I somehow swallowed it all, but then she started massaging me ... my legs were completely bruised and the massage hurt terribly. Even after a week, the pain did not stop. I have been going to all kinds of massage parlors for years, but this is definitely the worst experience.

If we ignore the space in the basement without windows in which moisture is felt, the pedicurist did not even have all the necessary tools to solve my nail problem. The nail polish fell off the same day, and the top coat has not been put on yet. There was no foot massage, and it was written in the offer.

A friend and I had a massage today. The experience was disappointing. The gentleman who works there coughed all the time without putting his hand to his mouth (!). Towels are not changed when the next customer arrives (in this situation !!!). She performed a sports massage on us that we did not ask for at all (the offer was classic, relaxing, sports, etc.) and I was in terrible pain and I was getting bruises. She put a ton of unnecessary oil that I still can't wash off and my legs are burning terribly from it. Never again! I'm sorry every penny ...

The staff kindly called me, they had already received me in two hours. I am very satisfied with the service, hygiene and kindness👍
