My boyfriend’s parents bought 2 flooring (at a pretty high price). The floors came 10 cm shorter than the mattress. Call, complain - their explanation is that it tolerates 4 - 6 cm difference from what was ordered. I have never heard of such a policy, if one measure has been ordered (it is written on the invoice!), Then I guess that measure must come. They do not accept the complaint, they refuse the refund. We are forced to contact Möbel Land in Austria in the hope that they will have more understanding. My recommendation - run away from them, unless you don't care if you get 5 cm less furniture than ordered.

Bought more expensive mattresses flooring and legs for the bed and we were delivered 10cm smaller flooring, the seller refuses to replace, do not respond to mail.
