Villa Zelenjak - Ventek

Sooo disappointing! Unprofessional service. Average food. The only thing going on for this place is the nature around it. If you want to enjoy the view of the forest then this might be your spot. If you are looking for good cuisine and a decent service then keep on driving.

Disappointed. Didn't plan to go there, was on our way. Whole restaurant together with its interior and outside terrace is served by only one waiter. Waited for quite some time to get noticed, too long periods between drinks, first course and mains. Basically, no respond from personel during strong winds, sunshade fell on our table, ended up frying on the sun. Food not great at all, all fish is frozen, meat not fresh, sauces store bought. Honestly, for the amount we spent, we could get so much more anywhere else. Why two, and not one star? Consider it as an incentive. P.S. crazy amount of wasps there, got stung.

Overrated place with less then average food. The restaurant is placed in wonderful surrounding of hills, it has a large terrace. However, there was only 1 person serving the whole terrace (more than 50 people). We waited quite a long for orders and service. I ordered turkey with mlinci and mushrooms in a clay pot. Obviously, the meal was not freshly prepared, mlinci were thick, uneatable, turkey was not good. The whole meal (which was the most expensive on the menu) was odd. Salad was "swimming" in dressing. All in all, as we waited quite a long we stayed, but food was big disappointment.

Excellent food, good value for money. Nice views.

The food is delicious! If you want a taste of local cuisine then visit this restaurant. Good choice of local wines and sparkling wines. Located in a beautiful spot surrounded by stunning nature.
