Restaurant Candis 2

A truly authentic croatian dining experience. So much so we dined there 3 times in 10 days. The meat and fish dishes are exceptional.

We dined at candis yesterday, which is located in the campsite and next to the harbor,and we had a good time. They had no available table when we arrived, so they created one in front of their patio, staff was extremely friendly and the waitress beautiful too :) We orderdered cevapcici (delicious and huge portion) and fried squids (good) and we were offered a shot when we asked to pay, which is always well accepted. Old-style restaurant with good service and typical food, nothing fancy though. Prices were on average. We will gladly be back.

Fish was old and part of the seafood actually off. Hopefully that’s only an exception as post COVID-19 only few guests visit restaurants.

Authentic restaurant with open outdoor kitchen and grill. Pljeskavica was the best we had in Croatia. The waiter brought us selection of fish to pick from. It was also very tasty. Great service and friendly environment.

Very, very good food. The portions are very big. The prices are ok. It is not expensive.
