Unprofessional and particular unkindness to the buyer by the chief technician, refusal to repair the bicycle after the repair date has been agreed, a few hours afterwards the same chief technician refuses to take the bicycle (not purchased in Rog) already brought to the office by appointment !! Emphasis on unkindness, recklessness and embarrassment towards the client!
