This afternoon I had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman who was on shift, preoccupied with work, did not stop me from getting my turn right away. In a very short time he fixed the problem with the front brake. So the man left everything else for a few moments, looked, repaired, without wanting to charge anything even though the bike was not bought from them - which is not the practice with most bike dealers. At the next purchase, I know where I will go.
