Total disappointment ... with the service of customer service. We bought a corner set Dora that we liked immediately and everything would be fine if after a month it did not fail the lady's bed. Of course we contacted Prima and advertised the set. problem in style you know you are the first to have complaints about this product. so I can't help you without the boss ... we will call you or you call again, so 2-3 months to finally get a new Dora that lasted 2 -3 months and finally the same problem as with the first one. And now we are still struggling with Prima Benkovac about the return of our money because we do not want repairs and replacements. So dear customers, think carefully about buying Prima furniture and what awaits you in case you have a complaint on some of their products. If anyone has the same experience please contact me.
