Small management but in addition to this job are not doing good emergency cases eg waiting for the go for gossips instead of being there and receiving patients from getting drunk drinking beer etc.

Small infirmary. Absolutely NOT suitable for surgical emergencies, broken bones etc. No X-ray ... No real emergency management.
