While it can be challenging to buy real estate in Crotia or any other foreign country for that matter, Maxxie Real Estate guided us through the process from the beginning to the very end. Our case was unique since I am a US citizen and my husband has EU citizenship and we wanted to purchase the property jointly. We had a very good experience with Maxxia Real Estate. They were very professional. They were reachable whenever we needed something to know and they were very reliable. They treated us kind and respectful, although we are not from Crotia. They made sure that everything with the local authorities went in order. Our house was sold within 7 months, even when every other real estate agent told us that it was nearly impossible to sell this object. Their support is exceptional and they work with passion and commitment. If we ever consider to buy a house in Croatia we are going to contact her again. Thank you for everything.
