A rude employee in the salon in Konzum Čakovec, persistently claimed that she ordered me for the term 8.20, although my husband and I clearly heard when she said at 9 o'clock. So she had 2 customers ordered at 9 and I, who arrived 15 minutes before (scheduled) 9, wanted to move to 10.30! If she had admitted that she had made a mistake and mistakenly enrolled 2 customers at the same time, I would have gone over it because it can happen to anyone and it’s really nothing terrible, but that she claims to me in front of two other customers that she didn’t make a mistake, but I - sorry is, but it IS for criticism and I can't get over it. If we add that their new price list - all at £ 43! - (for which the said employee not responsible!), the result is inevitable: I go to a long hairdresser.
