Very poor service, with inadequate results and rudeness
I visited the institution for the first time. Already at the entrance a pleasant welcome. Staff friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service provided. What to say except: Just keep going !!
When you pay for your checkups, you expect to be given, among other things, enough time and not to feel like they want to get rid of you as soon as possible. When checking out before payment, there is no discretion regarding your card, because everyone in the room will hear what problems you have. An unpleasant experience already in 2018, to which I did not react, gave me a second chance, but obviously this polyclinic is not for me
Very friendly staff and all the praise for the professional help of Dr. Branko Latina, eh that there are more such doctors ... lp
I feel cheated!
I paid 5,000 kn. For that money, I did not get everything stated in the contracting of the shelf.
I was even charged a tel. Talk with a dr.kao review.
My recommendation is; pay for inspection. Everything else does not hold water.
