Very professional, no waiting, cheaper than at home. EDIT: They renewed the complete polyclinic. They have more staff now.

I had 4 implants in the upper jaw plus crowns on all the teeth in the upper jaw done in that clinic and I spent a lot of time there. As for the staff at the reception, it is always kind, which cannot be said for doctors either. The patient feels as if he is in a factory on a tape, literally patients line up without the empathy and attention the patient deserves when it comes to such important and expensive things. He cares a lot more about money and a lot less about patients. Patients are ordered one after the other, so often in a hurry and lack of time, they work with worse methods that were not previously agreed upon, just to complete and charge the patient as quickly as possible. I think this is unacceptable for such a large and well-known clinic, especially when you consider the fact that we pay for it all and expect a service that we paid for and not one that goes faster. The teeth look beautiful, and the quality cannot be evaluated for now because it has just been made, although due to lack of time it was made by a method that was not agreed upon. All in all quite disappointing.

Hello. They did an implant for me for 1600 € (one tooth). I didn't pay for the last meal for € 400 because I wasn't happy with the implant (too yellow, they didn't whiten my teeth, although it was agreed). The implant fell out after 6 months (fired..pictures). On top of all that, I had 2 more healthy teeth CIRCULATED (from wearing a makeshift tooth). I'm not happy at all and it's good that I didn't pay for the last installment: /
