Throughout the collaboration, very unprofessional communication with us. Not everything was arranged in the wedding hall by arrangement, and we had to intervene on the newlyweds table after we left. We bought most of the used vases and candlesticks ourselves, the next morning when we wanted to pick them up and flowers at the hotel (where the wedding was and where we slept) they informed us that the flower shops had picked everything up (our vases and candlesticks and flowers we had paid for ). We went to them to pick it up but they were gone and they didn't answer the phone. They only responded at 7 pm on facebook and told us to pick it up the next day (by then, all the guests we thought we would share had left, and the flowers were already old). When we told them we tried to pick it up in the morning and they weren't asked why we didn't call, and when we told them we called they said they didn't answer the phone because it was an unknown number. They tried to blame us for the situation (why we didn't pick it up before so they couldn't take it) and the hotel, which did its part without any objection. Of all the associates at our wedding, we only had problems with them.
