Unfriendly staff. No wheelchair access - no elevator.

This was the perfect place to completely equip my bathroom, I bought everything from them because the choice is wide and they have everything you need, the tiles are beautiful and high quality, and the employees and branch manager are helpful and take care of the client after the purchase. I definitely recommend!
I bought a Grohe sink faucet, which I waited almost a month for delivery for the faucet to eventually arrive defective. I advertised the same day the blender was taken over, but an extremely rude and awkward employee refused a refund and a replacement for another item!
I do not recommend buying here!
Weak help from traders, as if they didn't even have the will to live, let alone help ....
