Today, our Fiat Doblo car was taken to a local service center for replacement of the windshield. Their paperwork is boisterous, too. But the surprise came to us when we saw our obligatory environmental sticker ripped off in Germany. We've had windshield replacements elsewhere, on our other cars, and they've been able to fix them back to their original state. We reported our complaint by phone, the clerk said his colleague was not there yet. We called him back in an hour. The colleague was still not there. For the third call, the agent told us to go from Tatabánya to Tata to put back the environmental sticker. When I got there, the manager said in unqualified, condescending, phlegmatic, arrogant style that they would not put it back. I told you to apply for such a sticker is not cheap. He only knows. Therefore, our work failed on Friday night departure. Next time only on Monday you can apply for a new sticker personally in Budapest as you need the traffic. So we have to give up our work on Monday (Did it take some account of how much damage it caused?) We would recommend to the Gentleman to polish his manners, his behavior is not customer friendly, but his style is not human. How much material damage we have suffered because of them I do not go into detail. I would not recommend anyone to the M1 Windshield Service if you do not want to swim like us.

I was on the first window replacement. I am very satisfied because they are very kind, fast and precise. The broken glass was vacuumed out of the car, the window that was included in the price was cleaned. They handled the problem very flexibly: I was standing in front of a trip and they were able to receive me right away.

I traveled 300 km to pick up the truck after the windshield was replaced. They knew exactly that I was coming, nonetheless, tgk. awaited CSONTRA with diving akiks! (2pcs new battery) That day started at 3h30 and I was able to get out at 11am. Apart from my implicit question of whether coffee is available, they were simply told that they were not. Poor coffee on the table, left without work. In my opinion, the $ 1.6 million repair fee might have endured a gift of coffee. That would be my comment, which I intended to be constructive criticism.
