On the "other side" as a buyer, I can only say negatively, chasing the real estate for days before I can finally talk to him, then shaking off being with the buyer. Baromi is hard to buy anything without being able to schedule an appointment. But my favorite thing when I call the dear realtor is that when we talk we are going (not on the bike or even living on the Transdanubian) in his voice, he has no idea that we have an appointment. I hope that you have informed the owner and not that we will be set up unexpectedly.

Incomplete information, trying to enforce exclusive engagement, unlucky client thinks standard engagement will prevail, because verbal information is not about the extra costs of a premium engagement, and in that case the standard agreement will lapse !! You must communicate this! Otherwise, legally exhausts the fact of an unfair agreement,! Another law that is not stated is that the owner may not be barred by any construction to sell their property! They can't bring a buyer for months, and if the owner sells it, they are forced to pay them the flat rate for what they are famous for! They find the amount they would have been able to advertise in private advertising for at least 10 years! I do not recommend it to anyone, only a competent lawyer should be allowed to enter into an engagement agreement!

I only have a negative experience with them. They do not arrive at the scheduled time, they are constantly late. They used to be constantly harassed on the phone. They don’t observe speaking 2-3 days before, if those who want to see the house want to come right away. They are not interested in the fact that one can have a different program, especially on a day off than to wait for them. Today, for example, they canceled the scheduled time, I reorganized my day and then within half an hour of the cancellation they change their minds that they are still coming. When I want to tell you that since they’ve given up once, they don’t come because we want to go home, yell at me on the phone and slap the phone on me. They just look stupid. Let me find out the tone for myself. I don't know who they imagine themselves to be. Their attitude towards customers, their manners, their accuracy are unfortunately invaluable in our case. I only gave that one star because otherwise the system will not allow me to publish my opinion.
