I have not yet received a confirmation of my order placed 4 days ago, but yesterday I was asked about the expected date of delivery. By phone or 8x I tried to reach them, all without success. I canceled my order because it would have been a gift and I didn't know if they could deliver on time. Maybe they have a summer holiday? Then you should indicate that you should not hope in vain ...
