I reserved all of the rooms for our wedding.My plan was that I would pay for the reservation, but our guests would pay the total amount for themselves and after the stay Villa Haka would pay back the reservation amount to my account. The owner wrote back an email telling me that this payment method is too complicated for him thus he cancels the reservation. 0 problem solving, cancelled immediately. At least he wished good luck for the wedding.
We were trying to book a buch of rooms for our guest - but we couldn't come clear with the staff - lot of unanswered calls - lot of unnecessary mails, no clear answers. We still not gave up till we received a mail that a group is coming so our reservations is canceled.
Good luck if you want to be guest of this kind of owners.

The place does not perform well with its own 3 stars, empty minibar, sometimes found staff. But if you just go to bed and spend your time in the winery, it's okay.
