Fortunately, there has never been a problem with your local customer service so far, they are helpful and quick as much as possible ... the problem is with the service provider who do not respond online or by phone and therefore you have to go down and take personal action: - /

At 9 o'clock today, we went to the lady at table 1 to reconcile what I asked! My couple said to him: Thank you for your kindness! To this, the lady said in a raised voice to the 72-year-old: she would do better to walk down the street! We ask ourselves for this behavior in Customer Service!
