Misleading information and horrible customer service. There are better companies avaliable in the city. Avoid at all cost.

There customer support representatives are as useful as a fork in a sugar bowl. Literally would delete my account and go with GreenGo but only support can do that.

Fantastic service, very cheap in the first 3 months. Much better then taxis wich could rob you with their individual prices. Clean cars, still got new smell!

They won’t let me register because I don’t have my old license anymore. I was told if I have over one year of driving experience, (which I do) I can register. Their competition GreenGo allowed my registration. If you wan’t good customer service, check them out instead of MOL Limo.

"I came over" to try it, because after 1.5 years of carefree GreenGoing, I was let down by a system failure. The cars are in much worse condition, their equipment is a joke compared to the GreenGo. that the deduction is correct.There is no detailed statement, in fact I have never seen an invoice in my life.It can be downloaded from somewhere, but what an interesting detailed, all-encompassing invoice at GreenGo is sent by mail. This attitude is not sympathetic, and as I mentioned, the cars are not real in the price range that GreenGo has ... I’ll be back :( Yet I was optimistic at first
