The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve rented 7 cars in 5+ countries and I’ve never had worse customer service than here. To start, the gas tank was nearly empty when I picked it up. They are quick to get you out the door without asking any questions and signing the paperwork. Upon my return from my trip they were not present at the agreed upon hour to return the vehicle - therefore avoiding an ending check up status. Then they send pictures of “damages” while the car is still filthy. They refuse to answer me over the phone or email for over a month and dodge me when I come in personally. The charges to my card are OBSCENE. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR CAR RENTAL NEEDS!

nice team, friendly, no much hassle. except "service fees" that are not communicated in advance. every car rental has this type of making extra monies but here is a new level. for a parking fine of 15 Eur they charge 40 Eur service fee. disappointed.
