I had great experiences with Buchbinder / Global car rent!
As I live abroad I use to rent cars for my summer & winter holidays - from many different companies in the past years. So far I am the most satisfied with Buchbinder due to good prices (via agencies), providing clean and well maintained cars and hassle free rent process. I especially afraid of extra charges for small or unnoticed scratches, which was never an issue with them.
This time I got even a free upgrade to a better car and the service representative (Sandor) was extremely helpfull and professional during the rent process.
Probably the worst and most confusing way of booking a car. Please have 1k€ ready for deposit 😂
Very dissatisfied with this agency !! To avoid ! We had to pay much more than the price written in the website, the service in the agency was very rude, did not help at all to fix the problem! Being unhappy we got a discount and free tolls in Hungary while there is NO toll in Hungary !! We searched for almost 30 minutes where to drop off the car there was no indication... To resume bad service, expensive !
Don't rent a car, no customer satisfaction
It was a great experience for our team, as Guide2Book co., to work together with Buchbinder. We hired minivans for one of our tours and it was a very effective, fast and cost-effective co-operation.
