Yesterday I bought a cream from them, La Roche - Posay Cicaplast baume B5, I told them what the name of the product was and that it needed scar treatment, they gave it, even though it was for that cicaplast gel B5. No problem, I'll go back to replace it, but it won't be replaced, and then the bearded salesman (because I don't appreciate any of his pharmacy titles, although he probably didn't get it for his knowledge probably ...) pulls out a sign from behind the cabinet that isn't clearly visible was that no complaint would be accepted after leaving the fund. I would just add that I understand my profession, so I don't guide my guests, can that be said about you ?! The pharmacy has moved, I quit the line, and it turns out that the scales are not yet certified, they can not make magistral preparations until then. (Where is it listed?) Today I try to call them and they can make it now, to avoid having to go there unnecessarily and queue up again, pick up the receiver and hang it up with the same impulse.
