Unfortunately I couldn't call them around half past five.
My water meters were replaced by a fleet, in a professional way. You should choose them! They are fast, kind, knowledgeable. The documentation is also handled correctly with Waterworks!
The Ltd. is the "qualified contractor" of Fővárosi Vízművek and one of the cheapest in Budapest. I arranged a replacement with a company clerk over the phone to replace the side water meters.
The approx. I had to take time off for a day a week and a half earlier. In the middle of the given time interval, the mechanic reported that he could not come because he had to work on a construction site (?!?!).
The company’s office later did not apply to apologize for another date. Lack of problem management refers to a management and organizational problem. Just 2 * because I appreciate that the mechanic at least took the trouble and called after two hours of waiting.
Scratching gang.
The customer service was nice, they were able to come out in two days. I swapped three water meters, the third was harder (not because of their fault), but they fixed it the next day. I can recommend them.
