My letter of recommendation, sent on November 9, 2020, with urgency, has not arrived in Sweden to this day! After searching for the shipment ID, the system still only indicates that "the shipment has been received from the sender, MOM Mail". All this for HUF 7,500! Outrageous!

The best post office I know in Budapest. They are always nice and flexible. I go to the post quite often and I usually post 20 packages a week, so I've been in a lot of mail where there is chaos and the staff doesn't know certain things. It's not like :)
