Very bad company, they don't give you deposit when checking out and they said they will give you within 15 days and then you have to send them a bunch of emails to ask for it. They just give it to u (you are lucky if you even get it back because I heard many people never got their deposits) deducted by some crazy amounts for cleaning and utilities and I left the apartment clean and the amount that I had to pay for utilities was crazy high in the end. Would never rent from them again.

As a student, I was looking to rent an apartment in the city within a certain price range. The management team at Maniv showed me multiple apartments they thought would suit me until we found the right one. When something broke down in the apartment they sent a handyman the same day to fix it.

Very pleasant and productive group of people, Know their business !!! Recommended for anyone whom wants to invest in Budapest real-estate

We have rented an apartment from Maniv in a prime location. The apartment was fully equiped and renovated in a very good condition. The office was helpfull with every little problem. Highly recommended
