Well stocked, spotlessly clean local store, with a separate and pretty good fruit and veg store attached. Has a wide selection of dry goods, dairy products, ice creams, confectionery and fresh bread. Not so well stocked with meat products. The staff in both stores are friendly. My only gripe is that it is not open on a Sunday. Overall, recommended!

A small, family run grocery shop that has almost only specially selected high quality goods. They get two days a week breads from Pipacs bakery, one of the best quality bakeries in Budapest. If you want to do a quick, focused shopping, then I recommend it as one of my personal favs.

Bendegúz Közért has a good selection of boutique food items in an up market area.

Compared to small shop is very good selection. It's not cheap, but you get everything. The same applies to the vegetable part and its goods are beautiful.

Surprising offer, organic and gluten free products, a full shelf of special spices, Asian foods and ingredients, and even beer syrup.
