Terrible service. Wouldn't serve me at 5:05 despite being open from 5. Laughed at me when I questioned this. When I asked if she spoke English, she walked off. Why do people like this choose to work in customer service? Has Fornetti read these reviews? I will never go into a Fornetti again.

Food was ok. The selling lady though was more than unpleasant and disrespectful rolling her eyes over while I was ordering. And nevertheless I wanted to pay by card she told me it's not possible (don't understand why, as at other store from the same chain is possible) I said ok bo problem, but she ain't enough money to give me change so she just rounded it up including a "well deserved" tip for her

Rude and disrespectful cashier. That kind of passive-agressive attitude and ignorance is something I've never seen in my life and I wish not to see again.

It was not the first time I experienced that the behavior of the sellers was unclassifiable. Last time, it was played out that everyone was talking to the customers in an irritating, high-pitched joke. And today they returned $ 5,000 less. The suspicion was that it took him a long time to joke with his colleague at the cash register, and then, without counting, he pushed the bounce back into my hand. When I said less, the young man immediately gave the rest. :(

I was a regular buyer, especially in the morning. In principle, they open at 5. At 5:10 am they say right away, I waited another 5 minutes for this little colleague to put on her coat and start (think smoking) .What do I imagine? I'd hurry to work !!!! And I wanted to buy some food! Well, it didn't work, but I'm not going to, I'm sure!
