Very unfriendly member of staff tonight. Typical usual rusty customer service... You dont need to be smile but dont be ignorant. I wont be going back to this Shell. A smile costs nothing and friendly staff goes a long way. If you dont want to work on Christmas Eve, fine, but dont take it out on customers with your attitude.

Toilet closed with key for so called „cleaning“. Unacceptable. Waste of time to stop here
