We repaired a faulty Bosch circus, they had a free time the next day from the announcement, which is very positive. Having completed the fix we requested, we have repeatedly asked whether the error we have detected so far will be resolved. 3 days later the same DTC appeared and the boiler was down, freezing outside. The dispatcher lady kindly told h our mechanic to call as soon as she could. We didn't call, we solved ourselves temporarily, We couldn't count on their humanity with two newborn babies. When I said the next day h they did not call me back, but it was no longer necessary to reply so much thank you very much. What is "thank you"
Huge disappointment! From the installation, they "maintained" the half-millionth Bosch boiler. In the 5-year boiler I experienced a ignition problem. The arriving mechanic said after a 3-minute test that the boiler was punctured. The evidence presented to me: 5-6 drops of water dripping from the condensate drain hose of the boiler off. Hitetlenkedtem. I received a 300 thousand ft quote from them to replace the boiler body.
I called another repairman. The boiler is not hollow, but it has never been punctured during the annual maintenance, nothing has been done to it, just put the money.
They never put on their feet again.
Bosch, a Bosch-based company, has also indicated who they work with. They may be delighted to get so much.
