A három eladóból hármon nem volt maszk. Köszönésre sem méltattak bennünket. A termék kiválasztásához egy ismerősömet kellett telefonon felhívnom tanácsért. Fizetéskor a továbbra is maszkot nem viselő eladóktól törzsvásárlói kártyát igényeltem, szemforgatva elém is tettek egy tintával eláztatott papírt, amin a keltezés időpontja 2018!!!! volt. Ezt követően meg sem lepett, hogy a termék árát elmotyogva közölték velem. Sajnos 1 csillagra kell értékelnem az élményt, mert 0 opció nincsen.

The seller did not greet him and he did not wear a mask. He sat at the counter with his head bored all the way, leaning on his hands, he was not sympathetic at all, so we only bought 1 product, then we moved to another store to get the other products.

Ordered cat nets could have been delivered after 2 weeks instead of the promised 2 days. It might work differently but it was unfair to me.

Although I have bought it in the store several times, but on two occasions I was especially in need of help because I had to choose a size. In both cases, the sellers were conscientious and helpful, unpacked the product, weighed it, shared their opinions, helped with the purchase, while ensuring that the product was not the right size at any time, I could bring it back, buy it out, or order me another size. Needless to say, they were / were perfectly chosen in both cases. Both the panties and the muzzle are the perfect size for my little labrador. Thanks!
