Waving service. I could not buy online with a card and I would have wondered why if I e-bank and receive regular verification SMSs then why the system did not know my phone number when buying with a card. I got the answer to record outside at the vending machine. I asked if I was already there I could arrange it on the spot because at the vending machine, where the sun was shining, where 5 people were behind me. I got the answer, “Now the sun isn’t shining now”. I wouldn’t have expected such a cynical response that I really caught up with later and became angry for it. The epidemic can’t be invoked either because if the records are kept properly where my phone number has been in for years, I shouldn’t have even entered. Update: Because of today’s service and helpfulness (a lady named Fanni) it felt good to be inside again, so I’m raising a star. The previous ones were also fine except for the two weeks ago.
