I’m so sorry to have to report my negative experience because it wasn’t such a bustling experience before. The sheet cut and edge closure were promised for May 12th. They also told me I could go for it in the afternoon. I arrived after 12 in the evening on the 12th. The cut was done, but the edge closure was not. "Come back tomorrow, they'll start this morning." I went back in the late afternoon on the 13th, of course they didn’t even touch the material. Go back tomorrow - was the answer. There was no apology, no regret, no mention of compensation, no phone calls when the stuff is ready, don’t spend my money on gasoline, car use, and don’t waste my time unnecessarily. On the other hand, it seemed that whoever was in charge of customer service was full of puttony with the whole thing, but most of all with a lot of macarre customers. No wonder you don’t feel like you own the business. Does anyone know of any other business that deals with sheet metal cutting?
