After requesting prior information, we have purchased your recommended 5-zone mattress, which is "for us". We told you the parameters of the bed frame (7 cm grid spacing), however, the mattress was sold to us with 6 cm of the allowed distance in the guarantee letter. Unfortunately we trusted the seller's word here in Pécs, it was a huge disappointment. We bought the mattress on 03/11/2015, which could not last for half a year! Because you will not be replaced under warranty (24 months full warranty). We contacted independent experts who informed you that the information you provided was only part of the sale, misleading the buyer. A $ 50 mattress should last six months. We will, of course, take this matter further as you will not respond to our complaint!
