I wanted to ask for an appointment for dermatology, but even after several attempts, the class could not be reached, the competent colleague / colleague was immune to the phone ringing. After 5-6 minutes of waiting, they simply squeeze out! This kind of attitude, ignoring patients, is inappropriate. After that, I would not recommend it to anyone!

I arrived on duty with a dermatological complaint, and the on-duty doctor received me in management style, making mock comments. After hearing my complaints, he told me that he was "not as knowledgeable as the other doctor's colleague" so I would only go back to the specialist after 4 days - without appointment. Then the "dear" doctor told me he DIDN'T LIKE on duty patients and apologizes for his grumpy style ... outrageous, bloodthirsty and disgusting what this doctor did!

I have no experience, u. I try to reach them from the beginning of the appointment request and nothing. Sometimes - I think if they get tired of ringing - they put the phone aside and then nothing again. Thanks dear health workers, so be it with you.
