Valcsics Villa Bed and Breakfast

I was organising a group trip and we stayed one night at Valcsics villa. I only can recommend the place. For a very fair price you get clean nice furnished cosy rooms with WC, shower etc. Common areas in the villa are also nice, clean and have necessary equipment. In addition to it villa is situated in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. Beautiful view from the balcony (common area) at the rocky hills and the town. The owner was very flexible and friendly, I would even say surprisingly friendly. You really feel that he cares about guests and is willing to meet all their needs. All in all it was a very positive experience.

This place is great if you want to travel back in time to the 80's. Old furniture, cold and humid room. Did not feel comfortable but its cheap.

Rustic charm, clean. Near a nice park and restaurant and cafes.

For three days, two nights I booked accommodation for two people. We arranged by phone shortly after booking online, everything went well. We arranged the accommodation with a fair, kind, helpful gentleman, he was happy to help you with everything. I booked a double room with a private bathroom and toilet. We could use the kitchen as a common room, along with its equipment. The room was simple, clean and tidy, perfectly suited to our needs. Below the pension there is a private catering room with tables and chairs placed outside in good weather. Everything was perfectly fine for value for money, I would gladly recommend it.

We spent 5 days in the pension. Let's start with the positives. Great, panoramic location, view of the historical part of Petty, Tettye. Really cozy, 'catchy' atmosphere. It is characterized by price restraint, but this, despite the frequency of the place, is understandable. The villa would fit a minimum of 'crease stitching', although the rooms are spacious enough, and the shared kitchen wouldn't be bothering if all the laundry was clean, which, let's be honest, is basic. What was positive for me was that the staff was actually ‘left alone’, but it was also helpful if there was a demand on our part for that. All in all, a pleasant pastime, in a timeless place in which, however, time has left its mark. Overall impression: positive. Parking, although we have seen it, is not easy, it should be solved. All this, I intended to be a constructive critique, wishing the villa owner much more success!
