Unfortunately, sometimes I have to go into this great institution ... IT illiterates work here and in addition even peasants! Service is slower than a snail.

In my experience, it was a very slow administration, I had to spend 20 minutes in a row. The people working there, however, are usually smiling and kind, so the 2 stars come.

I recommend! The minimum waiting time at any time of the day is 25 minutes, finding a parcel is about an extra 10 minutes. Even though there are five windows, up to two are open to waiting dear customers, even if the line extends beyond the front door. Meanwhile, in the background, a line of dear colleagues is crawling, but just because they are working hard to save the world, they don’t have time for mortals. That’s completely understandable and so it’s okay.
