Everything was fine with the delivery. The slippers are very comfortable, I was happy for her. Unfortunately, my joy did not last long. After 9 days of use, the velcro of one of the slippers was torn, making it unusable. I informed you what happened and I also attached a photo. I got that answer, fix it with the shoemaker, so I'm better off too, because if I send back the postage I have to pay 2000 ft. Why is that? I paid the shipping cost for the ordered goods and therefore, I expected a quality product. After 9 days, mine annoyance. If I took the slippers to repair, I wouldn’t be better off. There is only a shoemaker in the neighboring Town, the travel cost is 2000ft, And I was reminded that the repair amount should not exceed 4,000ft !! I thought a little ..... what do they think of me? I’m also aware that a slipper velcro repair doesn’t cost 4000ft. I am sad and disappointed! / not a bit / the slippers have been resting in their box ever since.

I was very satisfied! The slippers I ordered and the organic products are great. And it was a very nice and kind gesture that I also got tea filter samples, so I was able to try to ask if I would ask for this from that product in my next order or not! Thanks! :-)
