The requested bluetooth speaker did not arrive on day 4 with a 3-5 day delivery promise. However, for an order placed on Monday, one can max. you can count on Friday, I think. Unfortunately, I only read the rather poor evaluation of the webshop after the purchase so I ordered the product.

My delivery was confirmed 3-5 working days delivery, but there is no news after 5 days, not even information. Customer service shakes off on a short trip "the warehouse is slipping, it will arrive next week". The answer to my compensation question is "see you again .." I don't recommend it.

Instead of the ordered product, they did not send the product, which is even cheaper. So I've been financially stripping tortentBut even so they say they didn't make a mistake ..... It's the manufacturer's fault. They make the innocent over the phone! Consumer protection loves this story .... welcomed with interest!

The website was well edited and detailed, it was easy to select what I needed. Communication was continuous and seamless. I received constant information by email about the status of my package, I received what I ordered. The packaging and merchandise were also in order.

12/18/2020The ordered product was cut with a knife before mailing, unpacked or sent dusty! so do i give it away for christmas? I do not recommend this company to anyone !!!
