It is outrageous, that working people are expelled from the waiting room citing a crown virus. When, in principle, the virus was hard here, the passengers were let together. Half or three-quarters of an hour should be spent outside waiting outdoors. Why???

Sincerely congratulations for the poor operation! Keeping up with the mentrend is just one thing ... Sometimes, you can succeed! Just when people might want to get connected, just for the simple reason of getting to your workplace on time, .. Well, that's where the problems start !!! If you do not follow the departure time, it is not a pleasant feeling to be late for hours! It is a regular problem that flights are delayed! If it was only 5-6 minutes late, you wouldn't even say it! This is a service for you that needs accuracy! And no favor! And I'm not even happy to mention that you almost have to fight for a ticket! Of their 10 drivers, without a word, it's good to have six tickets ... Funny! There is room for improvement!

From Kékestető I went to Gyöngyös and in Mátraház I was talking to the bus driver on the standing bus that I must stop because I feel bad about the winding road. This bus driver told me to call Taxi and get down because you can not carry a standing passenger. I often travel on this line and not only have this wickedness with me but have never been delivered on the grounds that you can not carry a standing passenger. Many times there is no seat on these flights, why are they issuing a ticket if it is forbidden to stand? It also happened that I traveled from Gyöngyös to Szeged and there was no seat, only after I got in (reserved for a driver) when I asked the bus driver to help create a seat, because I have a prosthesis for both knees. I complained to a lady at the bus station in György, as I'm not the only who was forced to stand up on winding roads (short distance from about 5 km to Mátrafüred) from nausea and massive sweat but refused.

The bus driver did not allow me to take my hand luggage to the cabin, which had no problem on the previous road, while there was no problem with other packages of similar size. When I signaled it, he shrugged with noble simplicity. According to the Business Rules, if hand luggage does not cause discomfort, it can be picked up. Mine wouldn't have caused it because I could have put it in my lap or on the trunk above the seats. Unfortunately, the bus driver's not-so-friendly style and this inconsistent attitude is a very bad first experience with the CCC. And it was just "foam on the cake" that the "free wifi" advertised on the bus stickers didn't work at all.

There are plenty of flights where the bus leaves much earlier than booked! The real, locally posted and internet schedule is not in line! The style of some drivers is uncritical.
