The pinnacle of professional incompetence. I ordered the product on Saturday. I was told that the order had been confirmed and I could take over the ceiling lighting on Tuesday. They did not bother to call that the product had not arrived. I had to make a phone call on Tuesday, and then I found out that the lights didn’t come because it was probably ‘‘ pulled down to the warehouse, but maybe it would arrive on a Friday ’’. And they didn't even try to find a solution. I called customer service where a gentleman (whom I thank again for his help) found an interesting solution in 5 minutes. The Gyöngyös specialty store should be avoided by anyone who does not want to smoke.
