Today I wanted to open a Forint and a FX (EUR) account ... I wanted to ... the next conversation was about: I go to zero customer -what do they want? (no good day or nothing) - I want to open a current account for a month, is there a chance for forint and euro? -persize your name? -Yes you need a home address card ... what would you use for it? - for a great deal of time, I put in a bigger amount, I pay my bills, fees etc, bank card fairs, nothing extra ... would you like to receive a regular income for the samla? -no you will take my papers without a request to a closed office (???) coming back in two minutes - If you do not have regular income and your employer's certificate, we will not open you a current account ... Sorry, but if someone does not have a regular income, does it have savings, can not you open a bank account? we do not, goodbye ... (there's the door, let's get tired of it ...) I have not experienced such an arrogant, overwhelming style .... I'm sorry, I have moved home from abroad, with my husband and family in Germany ... I do not even look at homelessness or minorities ... whatever, but even so, this is a fair procedure for a man ... no one knows how to say "good-bye" to say good customer or not good .... this "dear" administrator was an older, haired, almost-red-haired lady pointing ... In Germany the lady with such a style he would have lost his jacket that day ... but who is he to look at me at a glance? But anyway, Budapest Bank lost a good prospective customer and the image was seriously damaged by such an employee, although I think that because of the closed office here is the responsibility of the account manager ... the regular income shortage can not be at a bank exclusionary reason for normal bank account opening .... discrimination ?! report to the appropriate body? dear Budapest Bank ... is it worth it for such an image loss because of an arrogant employee ?! By far the craziest bank I've ever seen. My wife wanted to open a € and a HUF account today and deposit tens of thousands of euros. After the unfriendly welcome by this supposed (black haired old woman) leader told this then that my wife without regular income in this bank can not open an account. What does this stupid employee think about this shitty bank? My wife owns more expensive real estate on the spot and money than this arrogant dumb woman in the bank has ever seen, and this piece dares to reject her as a customer. I have never seen such a cheeky and unsympathetic employee - the bank deserves the highest contempt of all. Nobody should become a customer here with such a management in Mohacs. The other staff also made a lazy, unmotivated impression, arrogant and stupid. A complaint to the bank headquarters in Budapest against the branch was initiated immediately.
