I have been a customer of savings for over 2 years, not here but at another savings. I thought naively, here too, helpers and accurate information on everything in time. That's not what I experienced. The three clerks are impartial, arrogant, and they post everything back. Personally, I was disappointed with the savings due to them. If you are thinking about it, you want to do anything (choco, etc.) Save yourself the annoyance, and if it takes time, go anywhere but not here. Worth it.
