It has been many, many years since we were shopping here. Yesterday my mother went in and the black-haired lady in the coffers talked to her in a way that humiliated her in a way that I don’t think is allowed, not just in a store but in real life. It is sad that this can happen. Unfortunately, filling out the immediate complaint book did not occur to my mother because she tried to leave the store crying as soon as possible.
