We arrived here at 10 PM and there was no one at the reception, or so we thought.. After calling the landlord several times, half an hour later he appears to let us in. To everyone's surprise there was a clerk but was unable to perform whatever was needed because she was drunk. The rooms that we needed to stay in were not heated, after staying out in the cold.. freezing a cold room is the last thing you would like to be greeted with. Also if you plan on staying here and don't know Hungarian well you're going to have a really tough time. On the bright side of things the place is really nice and clean. The people seem to be friendly even tho you can't really understand them since they only speak in their native language.

The house, the rooms, the neighboring places are beautiful, we were really impressed by the whole area. One thing to be noted though: the landlords mother is responsible for the premises which means that she stays there permanently - in a separate room. She and the rest of the staff is very nice, but has a kind of personality which some would find a bit overly friendly. It shouldn't be a problem, but during the day there is a lot of bustle around the kitchen, which is part of the main lobby. This means that if you want to be left alone completely in a remote location, this might not be the best place for you. During the afternoon, the visits became less regular, and died off around 5PM. Besides that, the sauna, the possibilities for cooking, the general equipment available is remarkable, we really couldn't have wanted a better place for ourselves. If you want to find a great place for your family and friends, if you need to organize a small wedding or such, this is a place to go. P.s.: Do NOT refuse the pálinka from Magdi :D

Super seat reservation. Pretty cheap. Very nice owner. Room clean, with bathroom and balcony. Communal kitchen with equipment. Outdoor swimming pool available for guests. It is possible to order breakfast.

Yes, the burner is obligatory. You can't find anything better as a stopover.
