Lónyay-kastély

Beautifully renovated building, but probably closed due to the Covid epidemic. You can't even go into the garden.

I didn't really like it. They are being renovated, but they do not provide any information other than that construction site and do not take photos. The local history collection was theoretically open but virtually closed.

Unfortunately it is under renovation, so we could not visit ... But the good news is that it will at least be renewed! 😊

I really like it!

Unfortunately, there was some kind of social children's camp in the garden (or there were just a lot of kids banding around during the summer holidays). They tried to shake the time by tossing several filled water bottles high and then running away from them. I didn't see Inspector. For a long time I wasn't there, not wanting to faint from the impact of a filled water bottle, or their shouting turned out to be quite disturbing. The castle is beautiful anyway. When the environment is calm your garden can be very intimate. I would have liked to have seen the inside, but it was closed.
