Jósa András Múzeum

A nice urban museum about local history and Nyiregyhaza's great patriot András Jósa. The rooms include an "invisible exhibition", - artworks of blind people, a coin and jewellery collection, a rural fair, several historical themed ones and currently a temporary, interactive exhibition about the ice ages in the Carpathian-Basin. Recommended for kids too.

A regular museum regarding mostly Nyiregyhaza history.you can find artefacts from 5000 years ago until 50 years.ago.worth a visit.

It is interesting to visit. I especially liked the hall with an exposition of folk crafts and everyday life. Exhibitions are constantly updated. On the night of museums blows a good program for children and adults.

A small place, but usually very interesting exhibitions. Definitely worth a visit.
