A "shepherd" based on pizza ... was perfect! The dough is just as thick as it should be, the bottom is crunchy! All the stuff was okay! If the other pizza is made in this quality, many "big names" pizzas can hide behind them! And all in a "hidden" rural village! Congratulations! Good luck!
Very good pizza I like this dough, it's a shame we eat on paper tarts.
