Yesterday we handled my granddaughter's papers. In the absence of papers, they were ready today. My experience is that administration is smooth! The waiting time is minimal. The behavior of the agents is exemplary! Congratulations! Thank You!

The system works with serial number pulling as everywhere, the only strange thing is that when one pulls out the serial number and no one is in front of it, we still have to wait at least 30 minutes before calling it. The trouble is that one thinks they are definitely working on something else and therefore they don’t call right away which would be okay, just don’t hear laughter all the time, etc.

Relatively fast administration, there are not many customers.
